The Board resolution dated October 07, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to grant the credit limit card to Mr. Kalyanaraman Sivaramakrishman (Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Techcombank cum Risk Management Division, and is person related to Techcombank) with total amount of VND500 million.
