HHV: Plan for share public offering The Board resolution dated June 20, 2022, the BOD of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan to issue shares to existing shareholders with details as follows:

- Issued volume: 267,384,090 shares
- Expected issue volume: 267,384,090 shares
