- Approved the plan for share public offering:
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND740,019,140,000
- Listed volume: 74,001,914 shares; Of which:
+ Outstanding volume: 74,001,604 shares
+ Treasury stock volume: 310 shares
- Expected offering volume: 74,001,604 shares
- Total value (at par value): VND740,016,040,000
- Exercise ratio: 1:1
- Offering price: VND10,000/share
- Plan to deal with unsold shares: The unsold shares (if any) will be decided by the Board of Directors to distribute to other investors with the selling price is not less than the offering price. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
- Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II/2022 or Quarter III/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
