FCM: BOD resolution dated October 21, 2022

The Board resolution dated October 21, 2022, the BOD of FECON Mining Joint Stock Company approved the policy to prepare the source of financing for the Company’s business and production activities in 2022 – 2023. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved the credit limit to VND200 billion.
