GDT: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company approved the last phase of the 2021 dividend payment:        

-   Expected issue volume: 1,936,503 shares       

-   Exercise ratio: 10%

The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
