AST: Decision on tax penalties

Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company received the decision dated September 30, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi City regarding the administrative sanctions as follows:

1. Penalties:

-        Fine for false declaration (20% on the additional tax after inspection): 16,196,691 dongs

-        Fine for false declaration: 6,500,000 dongs

1. Remedies: 

-        Tax arrears: 80,983,453 dongs

-        Late payment interest: 18,738,053 dongs

Total fines, tax arrears, late payment interest: 122,418,197 dongs.

Other remedies: Decrease in loss after inspection: 159,990,883 dongs.
