MSB: Board Resolution on agreements with related parties

According to the Board resolution dated October 17, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) approved the construction lease contract between MSB and TNL Lease Property and Investment Joint Stock Company at Floor 10, Sky City Building, 88 Lang Ha, Lang Ha ward, Dong Da district, Ha Noi city.

On the same day, the Board of Directors approved the construction lease contract between MSB and TNL Lease Property and Investment Joint Stock Company at SOJO Buon Ma Thuot Building, 15 Hung Vuong, Tu An ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak Province.
