-          Contribution capital of SHI: VND3,366,000,000, equivalent to 51% charter capital of Son Ha GM Viet Nam Environment and Water Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company.

-          Representative of contributed capital in Son Ha GM Viet Nam Environment and Water Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company: Mr. Nguyen Van Thien.
