POM: BOD resolution on borrowing capital

The Board of Directors of Pomina Steel Corporation approved the loan limit for the Company’s production and business activities in 2022 – 2023 as follows:

-          Borrowing from Viet Steel Production and Trading Company Limited with total amount of VND127,000,000,000.

-          Borrowing from Mr. Do Xuan Chieu – member of BOD with total amount of VND25,000,000,000.
