1)      Approved the record date to implement rights in the share public offering:

2)      Approved the time for transferring rights, subscription and payment to buy shares:

-          Time for transferring rights: from October 03, 2022 to October 19, 2022

-          Time for subscription: from October 03, 2022 to October 24, 2022

-          Time for payment: from October 03, 2022 to October 24, 2022.

-          Place to receive subscription:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
  • Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation.
