SII: SII shares likely to be delisted

According to Decision No.227/QD-SGDHCM dated April 14, 2022 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, SII stock of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation changed from warning status to supervision status because the after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders in 2020 was -104.59 billion dongs and 2021 was -73.49 billion dongs at the audited consolidated financial statements in 2020 and 2021. The stock is under supervision status according to the rule under Point b, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Rules of Listing and Trading of Listed Securities promulgated under Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
