SFI: Decision on tax penalties

Sea & Air Freight International received the decision dated September 05, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the administrative sanctions during the inspection period of 2019, 2020 and 2021 as follows:

1. Total penalty for false declaration: 165,209,414 dongs.

2. Remedies: 

-          Total tax arrears: 826,047,071 dongs

-          Late payment interest: 129,745,015 dongs
