AGR: Board resolution on signing contracts with Agribank

On September 05, 2022, the Board of Directors of Agribank Securities Corporation approved the policy on signing contracts on consulting, issue agent, registration agent, depository and settlement agent for the 2022 public offering of bonds of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRIBANK) with the estimated issue value of VND3,000 billion.
