POW: Contributing capital to establish LNG Quang Ninh

The Board resolution dated August 23, 2022, the BOD of PetroVietnam Power Corporation approved to contribute capital at the rate of 30% charter capital to establish LNG Quang Ninh Gas Power Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, POW will participate with partners Vietnam Mechanical Assembly Joint Stock Company, Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd and Marubeni Corporation.
