TCD: Receiving the transfer capital

  The Board resolution dated August 31, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to receive the transfer of capital in Thanh Nguyen Energy Development and Investment Company Limited with total value of VND117,600,000,000, accounting for 49% charter capital of Thanh Nguyen Energy Development and Investment Company Limited. Time of implementation in September 2022.
