MSB: Notice of record date for issue to increase the equity HOSE announces the record date of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank:
- Ex-right date: October 10, 2022
- Record date: October 11, 2022
- Purpose: issue shares to increase the equity.
- Exercise ratio: 100:30
The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 30 new shares.
- Estimated issue volume: 458,250,000 shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares:
The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be distributed to union labor.
Place of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
