DC4: Redemption of ESOP shares in 2020

The Board resolution dated September 22, 2022, the BOD of DIC Holdings Construction JSC approved the redemption of 27,561 shares from the emplyees resigned in stock issuance under ESOP in 2020. These shares will be transferred to the Trade Union to distribute to other employees.
