MBB: Plan for implementing rights to buy shares

The Board resolution dated September 16, 2022, the BOD of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBBank) approved the plan to implement rights to buy shares in the 2022 charter capital increase of MBS with details as follows:

-          Additional purchase volume: 47,233,806 shares, equivalent to the contributed capital of VND472,338,060,000.

-          In case of MBS have not been distributed all shares, MBBank will buy more MBS shares.
