NBB: BOD resolution dated September 15, 2022

The Board resolution dated September 15, 2022, the BOD of 577 Investment Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the policy to issue/offer shares with the following basic principles:

-          Stock type: common share

-          Issuance/offering volume: 50,237,828 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Offering price: VND15,000/share

-          Offering object: existing shareholders

-          Exercise ratio: 2:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 02 rights will be entitled to purchase 01 new share with VND15,000/share).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares and unsold shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares and the unsold shares will be offered for the Executive Chief Officer of NBB with VND16,500/share.

-          Expected purpose of using capital:

1. To invest in the project of Son Tinh – Quang Ngai Residential Area at Truong Quang Trong ward, Tinh An Dong commune, Quang Ngai.
2. To increase working capital.
3. Approved the holding of Extraordinary General Meeting in 2022 for the first time and the record date to exercise rights to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting 2022.
