Purpose                                   for the payment for the 2021 dividend in cash          

Dividend pay-out ratio:           10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Payment date:                          October 17, 2022      

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Truong Long Engineering and Auto Joint Stock Company as from October 17, 2022.
