Century Land Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.42 dated September 26, 2022 as follows:

1. The BOD of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved to set up internal supervisory department .

2. The BOD of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved to appoint Ms. Tran Thi Nhuong as Head of internal supervisory department in 05 years as from September 26, 2022.
