CIG: BOD resolution dated September 26, 2022

The Board resolution dated September 26, 2022, the BOD of Coma18 Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the report on the financial statements in Quarter II/2022 and the reviewed financial statements in six months of 2022.
2. Approved the plan to implement the investment cooperation with VIDEC Group Joint Stock Company for Kim Thanh project (CIG 30% and VIDEC 70%).
3. Approved the investment cooperation value of VND200,000,000,000.
