1. Reason and purpose: to pay cash dividend for 2021.

-        Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share)

-        Payment date: September 28, 2022.

-        Place of implementation:

+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.

+ For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at SZC’s head office on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
