ITC: Plan for 2021 dividend payment

  The Board resolution dated August 03, 2022, the BOD of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for 2021 dividend payment as follows:

-          Stock name: Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 87,654,427 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 87,214,067 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 440,360 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,721,406 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND87,214,060,000

-          Exercise ratio: 10%

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 585 shares. With 10% exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 585*10/100 = 58.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 58 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 share will be cancelled.

-           Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 3/2022 or Quarter 4/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
