Sai Gon Ground Services Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.93 dated August 04, 2022 as follows:

1. Approving to adjust the plan for the last six months of 2022 with the total additional budget of VND28,715,000,000.
2. Approving the policy of continuing the signing of agreements, transactions with related companies: Vietnam Airlines Corporation and member units, Sai Gon – Cam Ranh Ground Services Joint Stock Company under Enterprise Law and the Company’s Charter.
