The Board resolution dated August 30, 2022, the BOD of FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company approved to transfer of shares in Lam Son Mining Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 10,200,000 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Ownership ratio: 51% charter capital

-          Time of implementation: 2022.
