Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation (short name: PV Drilling) has sent the following information to the State Securities Commission and Hochiminh Stock Exchange:

-          Decision No.232 dated August 04, 2022 regarding the signing of service contract addendum with PVD Training.

-          Board resolution dated August 05, 2022 regarding the approval for the underwriting of a short-term credit limit for PVD Tubulars for the term from 2022 to 2023.
