VCA: Decision on tax penalties

VNSTEEL - VICASA Joint Stock Company received the decision dated August 01, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Dong Nai Province regarding the administrative sanctions as follows:

1. Total penalties: 194,375,889 dongs.

2. Remedies: 

-          Corporate income tax arrears: 656,327,624 dongs

-          VAT arrears: 218,051,820 dongs

-          Deduction of VAT: 33,535,409 dongs.

-          Late payment interest: 223,535,681 dongs

Total penalties, arrears and late payment interest: 1,292,291,013 dongs.
