POM: Change in personnel

On August 08, 2022, the Board of Directors of Pomina Steel Corporation decided to appoint Mr. Do Van Khanh as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO, and the Company’s Legal Representative of Pomina Steel Corporation.

Mr. Do Van Khanh will hold concurrently the position of CEO of Steel Billet Refining Plant – Branch of Pomina Steel Corporation (Pomina 3).
