On August 01, the Board of Directors of FECON Corporation approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. List of standing members of the Board of Directors for Term 2019-2024:

- Mr. Pham Viet Khoa: Chairman of the Board of Directors;

- Mr. Tran Trong Thang: Standing Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

2. Electing Mr. Satoyuki Yamane as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors for Term 2019-2024.
