PNJ: Result of stock issuance under ESOP

  On August 29, 2022, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

1. Approved the report on result of stock issuance under ESOP in 2021.
2. Approved the increase of charter capital from VND2,426,123,620,000 to VND2,462,478,600,000, equivalent to 246,247,860 shares due to stock issuance under ESOP.
3. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of VND2,462,478,600,000.
