EVF: Approved the result of stock issuance for dividend payment

The Board resolution dated August 29, 2022, the BOD of EVN Finance Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the result of stock issuance for dividend payment:

-          Stock name: EVN Finance Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Record date: August 23, 2022

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 26,607,930 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:8.2 (8.2%)

-          Number of distributed shares: 26,577,073 shares, accounting for 99.9% total shares to be issued

-          Number of fractional shares:  30,857 shares.

2. Approved the plan to handle the number of fractional shares

-          Fractional shares volume: 30,857 shares

-          Plan for handling the fractional shares: These shares will be cancelled.
