OCB: Plan for increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated August 18, 2022, the BOD of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the plan to raise the additional charter capital of VND4,127,295,610,000 in 2022 by issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders from the owner’s equity.
