VPB: Approved the result of stock issuance under ESOP

The Board resolution dated August 17, 2022, the BOD of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the result of stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 30,000,000 shares

-        Number of distributed shares: 30,000,000 shares, equivalent to 100% total shares expected to be issued.

-        Ending date: August 16, 2022

-        Issue price: 10,000 dongs/share

-        Number of distributed employees: 665 persons

-        Number of current shares (August 16, 2022): 4,505,692,987 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 4,475,473,387 shares;

+ Number of treasury shares: 30,219,600 shares.
