HDG: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated August 04, 2022, the BOD of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company approved the registration to raise its charter capital from VND2,038,388,150,000 to VND2,446,058,980,000 due to the stock issuance for dividend payment.
