TIP: Raising charter capital

Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company received Official Document No.4996/UBCK-QLCB dated August 01, 2022 by the State Securities Commission regarding the results of the public offering of shares. Accordingly, the Company successfully distributed 39,004,714 shares.

The Company’s charter capital was increased from VND260,031,430,000 to VND650,078,570,000.
