HAX: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated July 27, 2022, the BOD of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved to raise its charter capital from VND495,169,820,000 to VND569,434,340,000 due to the stock issuance for dividend payment.
