- Number of shares issued: 57,935,700 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 57,935,700 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 41,133,845 shares

- Issue ratio: 85% (100:85) (Those who own 100 shares will receive 85 new shares).
