The Board resolution dated August 10, 2022, the BOD of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved the appointment of Mr. Vu Thanh Hai as Representative of contributed capital of Hai An Port Company Limited at Hai An Agency and Logistics Company Limited to replace Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan and Mr. Dao Ngoc Tuan.
