DIG: Buying shares of DIC Hospitality

On August 10, 2022, Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation issued Resolution to approve the purchase of all shares of DIC Hospitality owned at DIC Phuong Nam. Details are as follows:

-          Purchase volume: 22,540,000 shares, equivalent to 43.35% charter capital of DIC Phuong Nam

-          Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-          Total value: VND225,400,000,000.
