VID: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

On July 27, the Board of Directors of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation approved the signing and performance of agreements, transactions with related parties in 2022. The value of each agreement and transaction is lower than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest audited financial statements.
