On July 18, the Board of Directors approved to adjust the investment project related to the merger between PAN Food Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and West Bibica One Member Co., Ltd., as follows:

2. Name of project:

- Project: Bibica Factory for Rent Project (*)

3. Total investment

- Total investment of the project: VND14 billion.
