On July 14, 2022, the Board of Directors of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for issuing shares to the public as follows:

-          Estimated offering volume: 10,000,000 shares

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issue time: from Quarter II of 2022, after the State Securities Commission grants a certification of public offering.
