Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated July 19, 2022 as follows:

The Board of Directors decided to establish the Shareholders' Eligibility Examination Committee for the 2022 Annual General Meeting, which will be convened on July 21, 2022, including the following persons:

- Ms. Pham Thi Dieu Anh: Member;

- Ms. Luong Thi Huyen Cham: Member.
