STG: Board resolution on a loan contract

According to the Board Resolution dated July 13, 2022, the Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company (HOSE: STG) approved a loan contract between South Logistics Joint Stock Company and Vietranstimex with a contract value no more than 10% of total assets of STG in the latest reviewed financial statements for the six-month period.
