OCB: BOD resolution dated July 12, 2022

The Board resolution dated July 12, 2022, the BOD of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the adjustment to the plan for using the proceeds from the issuance with details as follows:

-        Before adjusting:

Plan for using the proceeds from the issuance: to supplement capital for business activities.

-        After adjusting:

Plan for using the proceeds from the issuance: total proceeds from the issuance (estimated) of VND22,562,341,711 will be used to supplement loan capital.
