On July 14, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind and ask Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the securities market because the Company disclosed the Board resolution dated June 30, 2022 on agreements between the Company with related parties later than prescribed.
