GVR: Signing audit contracts

On July 20, 2022, Viet Nam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company (stock code: GVR) signed audit contracts as follows:

-          Signing the audit contract with Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited (AVA) to provide services of semi-annual financial statement review and annual financial statement audit for the entire Group in 2022.

-          Signing the audit contract with AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited (AASC) to provide services of semi-annual financial statement review and annual financial statement audit for the parent company - the Group in 2022.
