PC1: Purchaing shares of Nomura Asia Investment (Vietnam) Pte. Ltd

The Board resolution dated July 25, 2022, the BOD of Power Construction Joint Stock Company No 1 approved to receive the transfer of 100% capital of Nomura Asia Investment (Vietnam) Pte. Ltd, in which:

-          70% contributed capital to receive the transfer from Nomura Holdings, Inc

-          30% contributed capital to receive the transfer from JAFCO Group Co., Ltd.
