On July 22, 2022, Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders with the following contents:

1. Approving the plan for share public offering to raise its charter capital.
2. Approving the Regulation on the additional election of member of Supervisory Board for the term 2020-2025.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Dinh Hoai Chau as member of Supervisory Board.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Dong Hai Ha as member of Supervisory Board for the term 2020-2025.
